Equestrians in general have hectic lives; feeding, mucking out, exercising, competing, bedding down, vet visits, farriers visits, equine-therapists.... there just aren't enough hours in the day. That is why I try to offer flexible solutions for those who would like to come to Pilates but cannot commit to a regular weekly session (although they are available).

Options include introductory workshops, large group sessions, small group sessions - whatever suits you best. I can come and do introductory talks and practical equestrian pilates workshops for your riding club or for you and your friends, or you can come to me.
